What are screens and how do the work?
Vibrating screens are used to classify materials by size, shape or other characteristics with a screen media, which allows fine particles to pass the screen deck and a drive system generating the necessary vibration. The main components of vibrating screens are the screen tray, the screen deck support with the screen media and the unbalance drive, which can be arranged either on top, underneath or at the side walls of the screen.

Linear motion screens
Beside primary and secondary screens with straight screen decks, we offer Banana type screens with bent screen decks, which use the principle of thin layer screening to achieve highest throughput rates for large scale operations and excellent screening efficiency.
Our linear screens meet versatile requirements, e.g. for dry and wet screening as well as dewatering of bulk materials such as hard rock, limestone, gravel, coal, mineral ore, sand and salt. The stroke of the unbalance exciters is infinitely variable and a vibration isolation frame can be added to decrease the foundation loads.
Grizzly screens
Grizzly screens are designed and reinforced to withstand the heavy duties typically found in primary applications. They can process run of mine material with up to 2m edge length with minimum downtime and thereby guarantee continuous operation.
We offer various types of grizzly screens, which can be equipped with grizzly bars or grizzly fingers for sticky and difficult-to-screen feed materials. Our grizzly bars are made of highly wear resistant steel and offer maximum lifetime of the screen decks.
Circular motion screens
