Dr. Philipp Jussen is an experienced consultant for industrial service management as well as an expert for service digitization, who has worked in numerous consulting and industrial research projects. Therefore, he has a wholistic view on the topic of digitization - being able to consider a scientific as well as an industrial perspective.

Axel Berger is an expert for digital strategy and transformation. Before joining thyssenkrupp, he was working in eCommerce and eBusiness strategy, supporting topics, such as mobile applications and data mining as well as data driven marketing and sales.
