polscan® is a highly accurate optoelectronic measuring method that can measure rotary kilns quickly and precisely during operation. It allows us to reliably diagnose vertical and horizontal deviations of the rotary kiln axis, as well as the deformation, eccentricity and ovality of the kiln shell. Availability of the rotary kiln is therefore significantly higher, because damage is detected early.

Specific measurement of your rotary kilns by means of modern technology
Together with you, we precisely plan and determine with regard to which changes your rotary kilns are to be examined. Based on axis measurements we offer further optional measurements like deformation or ovality measurements for your rotary kiln. Deformations and deviations can be diagnosed and calculated precisely by means of modern measurement technologies. The use of polscan® is possible globally for checking Polysius kilns as well as those from other manufacturers.
Clear documentation for plant optimization
All analysis data are collected and presented to you on site. To do so, we use our own program, "Kilnview", which allows rapid documentation and presentation of the measurement results. The results are processed graphically and can be illustrated in 3D animations. In addition, you receive a written report with precise explanations regarding the measured values from our polscan® measurements, including recommendations for plant optimization.
