The Client intends to build a pilot plant with its plasma gasifier to experiment with different type of solid feedstock. This plant will be built and tie-in to the existing complex.  tkIS performed basic and detail engineering for this plant based on modular construction concept and later on for EPF.

Detailed design of a number of pre-assembled modules (PAM’s) which we shipped by sea from Thailand to Australia for the G3 Expansion of Alcan’s Gove alumina refinery. tkIS undertook the detailed design of process and pipe rack PAM’s weighing up to 500 tons.
