All of our designs are subjected to thorough design and safety reviews through all phases of the project. Because of our All From One Hand delivery method, we provide world class expertise in technology, detailed design and construction throughout all project phases from the concept phase through plant operations.

The process design combines the latest available knowledge in maximising mass transfer rates, optimum reaction conditions and extensive safety analysis.

Process conditions, reaction temperatures and pressures, liquid and gas circulation rates, and other variables, are selected to provide optimum plant performance within safe conditions.

Our plants are designed with a high level of automation and accurate measurements to provide the operator the best available information. Our standard is to provide recipe control, to ensure products are always made under the same conditions, to ensure consistent, high quality products.

The automated system is supported by advanced algorithms that predict the plant conditions and provide actual plant feedback to confirm to the operator the plant performance is within the planned optimum conditions.

The safety instrumented system provides the next layer of protection.
