As a specialist in the development of high pressure process technology of any kind we can accompany our clients already during the early project phase and contribute to the optimization of the entire plant conception. From the beginning the cross-linking of process technology, design, electrical and instrumentation, own construction permits that questions concerning technical feasibility and economic optimization are taken into consideration. Apart from process design and optimization we especially support our clients during the scale-up by means of evidence-based methods on the basis of results in the lab or pilot plant scale.
By means of well trained and experienced designers we are able to adopt the complete planning of the plant as well as the design and calculation of the most important equipment components like e.g. tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, valves and piping. Hereby, we use the means of modern 3D planning software and apply the finite element method to do stability calculations for plant components. Any planning and design is done on the basis of internationally used standards, codes and regulations.
