thyssenkrupp at Steinexpo 2017: New standard machines for the building materials industry
thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions exhibits at Steinexpo, Europe's largest quarry demonstration exhibition, August 30 to September 2, 2017. The plant engineering specialist of the thyssenkrupp Group will present highlights from its extensive program of advanced crushing and screening technology. At booth C51 (outdoor area) visitors will experience two of the numerous products from thyssenkrupp’s modernized standard machine range: the current Kubria® cone crusher F/M 90 as well as a circular vibrating screen CK 802 of the latest design.

thyssenkrupp offers a comprehensive range of modern standard machines and modules for the processing of raw materials, which are characterized by high cost-efficiency and short delivery times. The product range is continually being expanded. It includes numerous cone, jaw and impact crusher models, screens, RollSizers as well as mobile and semi-mobile modules. In order to meet the most varied customer demands, individual components are combined into modular systems. In the course of the standardization process the production capacities were expanded as well: Today the machines are built in Europe and Asia and marketed worldwide.

Experience innovative processing technology
A 9.2 ton Kubria® F/M 90 will be on show at Steinexpo 2017 as an example of the completely modernized and standardized Kubria® cone crusher range. By systematically enhancing and optimizing the proven concept, thyssenkrupp has managed to further increase the throughput of its cone crushers. A further advantage of the cone crusher series is the optional hydrostatic bearing which is unique in the processing industry. The bearing is working almost maintenance free, even under the highest loads. This results in significantly reduced downtimes and wear-related operating costs.
The existing range of thyssenkrupp screens has also been standardized and updated to the latest technological level. At Steinexpo thyssenkrupp will exhibit a circular vibrating screen type CK 802. Circular vibrating screens are used for screening rock, ore, coal and similar bulk materials, as well as in the recycling industry. The size of the machines which are produced in two, three and four deck designs is tailored to customer requirements and installation conditions.
thyssenkrupp's standard machines are used in the aggregates industry for primary, secondary and tertiary crushing of granite, basalt, gneiss, limestone and other hard and medium-hard rock as well as in ore mines and in the cement industry.
